Payment methods, receipts and billing contacts
Add cards, set a default method, download receipts and route invoices to an accounts inbox.
Add and manage payment methods
Go to /panel/payment-methods to add a card or another supported method. One method is marked default — that is the one used when an invoice is not covered by credit. Change the default at any time; existing invoices are unaffected.
We do not store raw card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; the panel only keeps a tokenised reference.
Receipts and tax documents
Every paid invoice doubles as your receipt. Download PDFs from /panel/invoices at any time — we keep a full history. If you need a tax document with specific company details (VAT number, legal name, address), add those under Account → Business details before the invoice is raised, then open a ticket to have an existing invoice reissued.
Route invoices to your accounts team
Set a separate billing email under Account → Notifications so invoices and dunning reminders go to accounts payable while technical alerts go to you. This single setting prevents most "we never saw the invoice" problems.
Failed payments
If a card fails we retry, then notify you. Common causes: expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank fraud block on an unfamiliar merchant. Update the method and pay the invoice from the panel; the retry sequence stops once it is paid.
